Plans and billing
Hosting is $5/month. It includes website hosting, SSL and scheduled backups. Individual straightforward text, image or content edits are $10 each.
Starter Care is $14.99/month. It includes managed hosting, scheduled backups, support, up to 3 edits or content changes per month, and unlimited price changes.
Priority Care is $24.99/month. It includes managed hosting, scheduled backups, priority support, same-day priority updates within 24 hours, up to 10 edits or content changes per month, unlimited price changes, and SEO content optimisation every 2 months.
All plans are billed monthly. Ongoing service is agreed before any included month ends. The priority update window applies to complete requests for included content changes; larger work is separately agreed.
End of service
No cancellation notice is required. Hosting ends at the end of the paid monthly period. Before deleting the hosted website, Better Site will contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity to obtain your paid website files and arrange a transfer.
Better Site may suspend hosting after reasonable notice where an agreed payment is overdue and the client does not respond.
Domains
Website packages include the first year of a .co.nz domain if obtained through Better Site. Renewal is $10 per year. Domain management is offered with Better Site websites. Better Site will cooperate with a registrar transfer if you move elsewhere.
Limits
Web apps, ordering integrations and custom features are separately scoped and quoted. Care plans do not include email hosting, custom backend work or third-party subscription fees. Existing third-party booking services can be embedded if the client arranges and pays for them directly.
Hosting depends on third-party infrastructure. Better Site takes reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
