Payment is due within 3 days of launch. If paying the full amount at once is difficult, a no-interest plan split into four even payments over one month can be agreed in writing. A site can be taken offline after reasonable notice if an agreed payment is overdue and there is no response.

Yes. Once the website is paid in full, you own the completed site. Full files are available on request, whether you host with Better Site or elsewhere.

Sites include 1 month of Priority hosting and maintenance. Ongoing hosting starts at $5/month. A .co.nz domain obtained through Better Site is included for its first year and renews for $10 per year.

It includes website hosting, SSL and scheduled backups. Individual edits are available for $10 each. A $10 edit means a straightforward text, image or content change; redesigns, features and larger structural work are quoted separately.

No notice is required. Hosting ends when the paid monthly period ends. If you do not already have the files, they can be provided before the hosted site is deleted.

For an additional $99, I create three homepage concepts before development. You choose your preferred direction, and I build your website from it. The add-on covers the concepts for one website.

It is for existing Better Site customers who want a visual, layout or conversion refresh using their current website structure and content as the foundation. Major rebuilding and new functionality are quoted separately.

Yes. I build tools your customers or staff can use in a browser, from quote request forms to booking flows and job tracking. Simple web apps start from $199. More involved apps, including portals, ordering systems and integrations, are quoted for the project.

SEO setup such as titles, descriptions, headings and logical page structure is included. Rankings, traffic and enquiries cannot be guaranteed.

If I accept your mockup request, I aim to prepare the preview within 3 business days after receiving the details I need. I’ll confirm timing with you. The full build depends on the agreed scope, content and feedback.
